Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are currently existing commands that allow Mods/Admins to use the PPH bot to post on their behalf but unfortunately, we don't have a feature to do some editing

Describe the solution you'd like
A command to allow staff to edit an existing post created by the PPH bot

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Access feature via /post-edit id: XXXX
   • id: will be an input, the message ID of an existing post under the PPH bot
     • Must not be empty and not null
     • Validate whether the post is under the PPH bot, if under a different user, cancels the entire operation and return an invalid message
2. A modal will appear containing the original message (incl. markdown formatting) of the target message
3. The user may click Submit or Close
   • Submit will close the modal and will return a non-ephemeral reply on the same channel that the command was execute
     • Should reply something like: "Successfully edited
4. Do not reply any message if no changes has been made
5. Command must only be accessible by designated staff (Admins/Mods)
