HTML/CSS to Image #167

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not quite a problem, but rather a QoL improvement. The process of creating a basic html/css demo involves switching to another app and visiting a REPL site such as codepen, which can involve plenty of steps. And for a very basic demonstration (bear with me with what i refer to as basic, I will go into detail with it later), that can be an overkill process.

Describe the solution you'd like
Picture a situation where you have to describe something very basic, say, a single css property in action (easily something that can take no more than 60 to 150 characters for you to write). A solution where you take advantage of Discord's code block to visualize html/css, just so you don't have to leave the comfort of using Discord, is a sensible feature and one that can save plenty of time.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Compiler bot. I don't believe it has support for html and css.
