1. ✅ Fixed Duplicate Code & Interfaces

  • DONE: Created shared src/types/services.ts with all type definitions
  • DONE: Removed duplicate ServiceStatus interface from 3 files
  • DONE: All service components now import from shared types
  • Impact: Better type safety, maintainability, and no duplication

2. ✅ Added Missing Tauri Commands

  • DONE: read_config - Read configuration files for any service
  • DONE: update_config - Save config with automatic backup
  • DONE: backup_config - Create manual config backups
  • DONE: list_config_backups - List all backups for a service
  • DONE: restore_config_backup - Restore from backup
  • DONE: All commands added to invoke_handler
  • Impact: Full config management system now functional

3. ✅ Created Config Editor Component

  • DONE: New ConfigEditor component with full functionality
  • DONE: Syntax-aware textarea for .conf, .ini files

1. Fix Rust Compiler Warnings

  • Fix 20+ "variables can be used directly in format! string" warnings (Clippy)
  • Fix 5+ "borrowed expression implements required traits" warnings
  • Fix needless_borrows_for_generic_args warnings
  • Note: service_manager.rs warnings resolved (module disabled) Real-time tailing with WebSocket or polling

4. Config Editor Enhancements

  • Basic config editor with syntax highlighting (Textarea-based)
  • Automatic backup before save
  • Read/write/backup/restore functionality
  • Add Monaco Editor for advanced syntax highlighting
  • Add config validation (Apache -t, MySQL --help)
  • Add line numbers and error markers

5. Service Manager Integration

  • MySQL start/stop/status fully functional
  • Apache start/stop/status functional (lib.rs implementation)
