What did you expect to happen?

Error codes like 598-4000 to show up on Discord

Steps to reproduce?

  1. Enter any error codes that contains X on error-codes repository

Other relevant information. (OPTIONAL)

error-codes repository uses X on error code to indicate it could be any digit, but Bandwidth's source code does not treat X as any digit, causing this bug.
