[Feature]: Allow api.powerplatform.com access

Provide an idea you would like to see in the tool?

There are a whole host of namespaces available in api.powerplatform.com which should be available to tool makers.

I have used a few of them in my xtb Flow admin tool, https://github.com/LinkeD365/Flow-Admin but I created my own auth.

It would be good to enable tool makers to use them to become a Power Platform ToolBox rather than a dataverse toolbox.

E.g. Getting flow runs and filtering them would be great

Some key requirements

• Additional tool definition for tool maker allowing access to the endpoint
• New auth profile as seperate scope/token, need to work out how to check for permission
• would require namespaces and other parts to be added by toolmaker, as they are vast.
• Do we want to secure some of the api calls? delete environment etc?
