Frame time vs simulation time separation #1
Description
Current implementation updates test display sprite grid for every SSA tau leap.
Todo:
Include a screen refresh time
Include an update display population interval
Run SSA tau leap until sum of tau leaps equals population update interval.
Update population.
Refresh screen at given intervals to display changes and display the cumulative population update interval time.
