cleaning up of old branches

I suggest to delete old/merged/uneccessary branches for a cleaner environment. Here is a list of branches which can be deleted:

• adding_ref-heights_and_retrieving_infos
• save_LC_2_db
• andi_dev

Please add "your" branches, which can be deleted.

Just to be sure: the merge conserves the actual commit messages?

• dev_martin
• update-docs (the old one not dev_update_docs)

I have to review the others which are started by me more thoroughly before being able to make a statement.

@HavardStridBuholdt used the issue number in the rayleighfit crash branch - great idea. I will also try to adhere to that convention.

Yes, when merging one branch into another, all the commit messages (from both branches) are preserved. But when rebasing, messages are preserved, but the commit-hashes are rewritten
