BUG: search by person doesn't AND words

...returns podcasts with "Lynne" or "Kelly" in the title/description. It should be ANDing those two words.

The person search uses Sphinx/Manticore. If you would like it to work differently, please research it and tell me how to change the Sphinx/Manticore config file to make it do what you want. The person search config file and stopword list are located here:
