Getting insecure warnings on localhost is a bit annoying and can be resolved easily.
Describe the solution you'd like
Use mkcert to issue a certificate valid on localhost for the partner environment.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Let's encrypt is targeted at actual server deploys (not what this environment) is for. See #20
