PNG: double record?

When I try to record an image, Pinta suggest me 2 times the PNG format.

Windows 11
Pinta 3.1.2

Confirmed on Windows with 3.1.2. I suspect it's most likely some packaging issue where the gdk-pixbuf loaders cache has duplicate entries in it
