I was browsing some stuff for another project and found Yusef28's YouTube channel, and he made an interesting video about a real-time Van Gogh style painting effect. Maybe we could add something similar to the Artistic filters, where we emulate the brush strokes themselves and convert the colors with specific lookup tables, but without the temporal accumulation stuff.
