Remember cut part position

Description
In Paint.net when you cut a part of image and paste it on new layer, its position is the same.
However in pinta in same situation, when you paste its shows in corner, position not saving.

Its very annoying, and spend many time to alight it back.

Yeah remembering that position seems reasonable.
We probably wouldn't get notified to be able to reset it when you copy something onto the clipboard from another application, but pasting at that old position isn't really worse than pasting at the origin

The best way, I think, is to add some flag in data that says that copied data from pinta, if its not from pinta - reset.
