[Feature] Tooltip UI

I really like the addon and the visuals.
Would it be possible to extend the tooltip UI to a dedicated addon for all tooltips ?

I was coming here to request this... I LOVE the Tooltip included with DialogeUI and it would be amazing to use it as a replacement for the Blizzard Tooltip across the game's Tooltips.
