Teams page missing capabilities

I am looking into the Teams page and missing:

1. What is my role in the team
2. How to ask to be joined to a team?
3. How to leave a team

I have created a basic wire frame to kick off any design if anybody has some UX superskills :)

I am also considering what would have to be controlled regarding group actions before Hackorum is exposed:

• internally beyond PostgreSQL engineering
• externally to PostgreSQL Community
  Questions I am asking are
  A) would creation of teams be limited to certain users? If so, what would the ones who can't create groups see, would that be something like a grayed out option or nothing?
  B) how to prevent a user from nagging a group to allow them in?
  C) should all groups be visible to all? Could a group be limited in visibility to some in the all groups or even requests so that someone cannot see all groups unless they're part of the group, cannot join some groups but only be invited or be able to join them only if they have confirmed an email from a certain domain?
