Due to updates to Crestron Processor firmware, the ASP.NET 8 runtime is available on the processors. MC should move to leverage ASP.NET for both HTTP server functions for the user application as well as the websocket server that is used to communicate with the UI.

This would also include the client that's used to communicate with the MC API server.
