I have noticed the delay on both on PC browser and on Mobile phone the delay and failure to switch to the desired camera input immediately. The lag can be anywhere from 10 seconds to not been able to switch at all. Sometime repeated option selection might resolve it. But a final fix would be necessary for better user experience.
