Load Mapping Databases Issue

We are using older Derber version 2.14.2 and newer BridgeDb 3.0.16. 

It is possible to load a mapping database. However when PathVisio4 is started up again, you need to reload the mapping database. Could not find the root of the issue. 

There is an error message "Could not connect to database: No suitable driver found for jdbc:derby:jar" which is similar to the derby issue.
