HarvestTemplates jumps back from "Loading" without result to "Load"

Hello,

HarvestTemplates does not work for me anymore for some days now, with saved links and examples that worked before.

After some time in status "Loading" the button jumps back to status "Load", without returning any result.

Example - Harvest GND from de-WP:
