Guidance on throughput capacity planning for AWS DynamoDB Persistence

As its not clear from the current documentation on AWS DynamoDB Persistence what operations are performed when using various features such as Sagas and the Outbox, and how these translate to read and write capacity units in AWS, it would be helpful to have this information available in docs so accurate cost estimations can be done when using this persistence. As an example, see the documentation for CosmosDB.
