Open failed messages in a new window

I want to analyze multiple failed messages but ServicePulse doesn't provide an option to open a failed message in a separate window. Instead I have to open the message, duplicate the window, re-configure the correct tab and grouping again (because those are messed up when navigating forth and back) and then find the right place to continue to select the next message.

Describe the suggested solution

Make the failed message boxes use links so that I can use "open in new tab/window" to open them without having to leave the current list of failed messages.
