Changes routes.js redirect to allow unauthenticated rendering of /intel/:alias and /intel/:alias/:id

maybe new /classified_intel route or /intel_classified or /classified/intel where all the /classified/ routes return censored data and don't require auth and can be above the authed API requests in the file
