[FEATURE-REQ]: Delete button in notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe the problem.

On receiving a SMS text message, in the notification panel, the quick reply options at the bottom of the text message notification currently only have 'Mark as Read' and 'Reply' options, and there is no option to 'Delete' the message. This may be required to quickly delete spam messages or OTP (one time passwords) after the are used.

I implemented delete button in notification with confirmation. I’ve opened a PR with the changes.
