[BUG] No sound notifications in Android 10.

On my old Android phone there is no sound notifications when a SMS arrives. There was the same issue in Quik (quik-sms/quik#620). I don't understand what causes this.

I don't know how to do this. I check the code in Quik, and maybe this is the solution :
