🚀 [Feature]: Restructure for Process-PSModule v3 (#23)

## Description

- Removing support for Windows PowerShell - directional change for
PSModule. - Causing a new minor release. If you are still using Windows
PowerShell, use the v1.0 version.
- Remove nuget from Dependabot settings
- Using Process-PSModule v3
- Restructure for v3
