Default for `stationarized` kwarg in `plot_aggregates`

The `stationarized` kwarg is currently set to `True`.  Do we think most users would prefer this is set to `False`? 

Note that there will be no difference in the percentage change plots if `g_y` and the demographics are the same in the baseline and reform.
