Change the options for subscription on pause state, "+" button, and "share"

Hearing some questions/complaints from users about the actions/buttons on the player, I'll sum up some thoughts here:

• The download button and pause state direct folks to subscribe, but only via RP - would be good to have other options
• The cookie button it prominent - consider the order of buttons, and if there is a better way to present this
• The plus button which seems like a subscribe link defaults to the RSS feed, which isn't great for subscribing (unless or until we add xsl/css to make that a more palatable and subscription friendly page)
• The share button is likewise only to share the player - should be social buttons, linking to an episode link, landing, or home page (different ways to do this, but something shareable)
