Validation failed for SDRF while uploading to PX tool

We had an issue recently for SDRF that validation error but the error was unknown. After reviewing the SDRF the validation error was due to extra semi colon in on of the columns shown in the image below. @deeptijk Please add any other comments, thanks!

There are several issues on top of this more visible one. I have annotated it correctly but still would like ask submitter to provide the correct information regarding precursor mass tolerance.

Following annotation issues -

1. Cell type column was annotated as term 'cell' which is not correct, you can mention 'not applicable' or 'not available'
2. Annotated label with proper term 'AC=MS:1002038;NT=label free sample'
3. Instrument was not annotated with proper term
4. 'Cleavage agent details' column was annotated correctly
5. 'fragment mass tolerance' column, they have provided a range which might make it fail. We have to check
6. 'modification parameters' coloumn was annotated correctly
7. 'precursor mass tolerance' column, they have provided a range which might make it fail. We have to check
8. Have moved around columns according to the template
