Obtain data from Pavlo where metabolomics and transcriptomics was measured in the same conditions

We want 1 metadata file, that explains what experimental design parameters uniquely identify each condition.
And a datafile that contains metabolites x conditions and expression x conditions, where metabolites are bigg ids, and expression is gene ids that match the model. if not, then we need another datafile that maps metabolite ids to model metabolite ids and data gene ids to model gene ids.
