feat(transcripts): Add smart ranking pipeline with retry logic

- Priority ranking: Algolia speakers + high views first
- Retry logic with exponential backoff
- Batch updates to Algolia (50 at a time)
- Skip slow pre-scan, handle failures gracefully

Running: 4,189 talks queued, 135 enriched so far
