Web scraping for NASS imagery #2
Description
Add functionality for scraping the USDA Nass download gateway (https://www.nass.usda.gov/Research_and_Science/Cropland/Release/index.php) using the XML package. This allows users who haven't downloaded the full NASS time-series to fetch what they need dynamically at run-time.
