Noise and whistle from UHF LO?

I experience on the nextion TEF with UHF converter a lot of noise and whistle, especially on the mpx. On VHF 87-108 it is OK.
Toughing the mixer brings even more noise on the mpx.
Has anybody found a solution for this beautiful design?
