Implementation for biological ligand

Dear Daniel,

Is the current version of AlphaBridge working with a protein-ligand complex ? For example between proteins and quinine ? (I saw that a recent commit indicate "handling SMILES string")

Yes, the current version of AlphaBridge is fully compatible with protein-ligand complexes, including those predicted by a locally installed AlphaFold3. Recent updates (such as SMILES string handling) have improved support for small molecules like quinine. If you encounter any issue, please let us know.
