Works

      <img src="https://resources.jetbrains.com/storage/products/company/brand/logos/jb_beam.png" height="100" width="100" alt="JetBrains Logo (Main) logo."/>

Perhaps PHP HTML5 package would fix. Or if PHP XML received HTML5 support...
