Ticking is a vital part of a minecraft server, it controls player syncing, entity movement, AI, and more. This is planning to be added after the Chunk system.

This will also introduce Tickable interface with entities such as Entity or NonTickingEntity.

Ticks will be handled on a separate thread most likely. This will improve performance for the main-thread.
