Randomizer mod causes crashes upon loading into a level, sometimes. (v4.0.0-rc.3) Windows 11 steam

Small update, on missions with a first time intro (like berlin) you can't do those, unless you've already completed said intor

OKay update quite a few mods just straight up don't work and always crash (like whittleton creek)

I FOUND THE CONSISTENCY IT'S WHEN IT'S A MAP WITH LOTS OF FAKE NPCS (normal npcs are fine since colorado works fine.
Maps confirmed not to work: Dubai, Dartmoor, Berlin, Chongqing, Mendoza, Isle of sgail, Whittleton creek, Miami, Paris, Sapienza? (infinite load), and i haven't tried marrakesh since hitman keeps dragging my graphics drivers down with it
