Having this issue with the mod menu wont open when I press the assigned hotkey.

in my mods.ini file I have set for the following;

[sdk]
ui_toggle_key = 0x3C
console_key = 0x35

UI Key 0x3c = F2
Console Key 0x35 = ~

I tried instead using the Pre-Release version, same issue. Running under Manjaro Linux with Proton, never had issues with this until suddenly one day couldn't open the menu with the assigned keys. When I installed one of the latest pre-release builds it briefly gave me the mod menu but when I dismissed it after pressing the assigned key and confirming the key I pressed would hide it, but after that it no longer reads the input, despite replacing the dinput8.dll file from the latest pre-release build.
