Descriptive summary
In Review Submissions, the Depositor and Importer ID facets were added to aid sorting for verifying works and review. They're down at the bottom of the facet list though and take multiple clicks to reach. An easy fix is to just move them to the top of the facet list, since they're only displayed on this view.
Expected behavior
Depositor, then Importer ID, are at the top of the facets in Review Submissions.
