[A11Y][Alert] Missing label on informative pictos

Prerequisites

• I have searched the backlog for duplicate or closed issues.

What happened?

All pictos are read by Talkback as "Sans libellé, image"

Informative pictos need to have an accessible label : at least Negative and Warning messages

Additional context

Add an accessible label for informative pictos : "Error" and "Warning" without "image" trait if possible.

Others can be hidden, except if they are conveying any useful information for the users (depends of the context).
