bug: Panic on ListComponents call

Hey folks,

The panic mentioned in the title is caused by this line here -- [component.go#L108](https://github.com/OpsLevel/opslevel-go/blob/main/component.go#L108).

Resource is actually a pointer to ServiceConnection so casting it to *ComponentConnection panics.
