  "body": "# Proposal\r\n\r\nProposal\r\n\r\nThe proposal of the OpenWIM Project is to create an open environment to support WIM researchers to improve their research using open science concepts.\r\n\r\nOpen Science is built when 3 components are openly accessible:\r\n\r\n* their publications (Open Access);\r\n* their algorithms (Open Source) and;\r\n* their data (Open Data).\r\n\r\nTo achieve these concepts, it is important to define the specific objectives.
