[BUG] OpenSteamTool fails to launch Ubisoft games, Steam Workshop downloads are sometimes unsuccessful, and some Denuvo-encrypted games report an E12 error.

Describe the bug

Issue 1: Almost all Ubisoft games won't open. Clicking the "Start Game" button briefly reverts to the "Start Game" state without launching the game. Example: Assassin's Creed Shadow. Switching to the SteamTools kernel allows the game to launch normally, indicating a bug in OpenSteamTools.

Issue 2: There's a chance of downloading 0B (zero-download) games from the Workshop without launching the download. This is not due to a missing Workshop key. Examples: Ghost Valley Eight Desolations and MECCHA CHAMELEON.

Issue 3: Some Denuvo-encrypted games will report an E12 error upon launch. Examples: NBA 2K26, some 2K Games titles, F124, etc.

I can say this affected my monster hunter wild too, when i have OpenSteamTool.dll installed, it give this error

if i delete opensteamtool.dll, i dont have error, this game is legitly bought from steam.
