Data Sharing User Interface Improvements

This issue is an attempt to list the main issues with the Data Sharing user interface which may be putting users off marking their data consistently.

1. Too Many lines of data - there is one line of data for every ALARM or WARNING initiation - so for a seizure this might be over 10 lines, all of which need the same data entering. Grouping the lines into a single event so the user only edits one set of data would be much easier.
2. The user interface is untidy - text truncated etc.
3. It is not obvious what the userID is of the logged in user - this is useful to know if requesting support to investigate a false alarm.

I have created a branch (208-data-sharing-user-interface-improvements) based on the beta branch (V4.2.11e) to develop this - the intention is that this will be Version 4.3 when completed.

V4.3 in the beta branch now includes the grouping requirement.

The issues I have noticed so far:

• It seems to use the last event in the group rather than the first, so the time looked a bit odd when I was cross checking it.
• On Android 15 the user interface is partly hidden behind the title bar - I fixed this in the main activity screen, but hadn't spotted it was an issue on the data sharing screen too - will fix that in V4.3.1

V4.3.1 is now checked in on the beta branch, and is with Google for review to publish it for beta testers on play store. This addresses the UI issues, but I have not looked at which event is used for the group date yet.
