Concept2 API docs specify that they are using https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones for the timezone values, it seems like this process includes daylight savings information, so it isnt made super obvious/accessible in Concept2's API. maybe this is a place that this library can provide some helpful additional functionality?
