Support EVA in material type

Hello there!

I'm currently working on porting a project to be inline with the OpenPrintTag standard but my database includes a few EVA based filaments, such as Proteor Print EVA+.
I was wondering if it missing in data/material_type_enum.yaml was an oversight or there was some specific reason for it exclusion? :D

Hello, no specific reason other than noone has added it yet. Created #118 to address your issue. Please verify that the description makes sense
