Symbol Sets

I really don't get why updated symbol sets are not available.
More than 2 years after the last ISOM and ISSprOM (minor) updates!

This is far more important than Mapper improvements in 0.9.6

In a recent exchange with @dl3sdo I emphasized, that a release-independent pipeline for symbolsets was the most central missing feature of Mapper. The truth simply is, that "everybody can contribute" is not true, as long as e.g. the symbol sets as strongly depend on the core developpers goodwill to integrate them.
