Windows 11 Smart App Control blocks OOM

Today I experienced an issue when trying to use the OOM. I recieved the folowing error:

After some research and disabling the "Smart App Control" security feature, I finally got the application running again, but it's not really recommended as a good workaround:

For some reason are some libraries recently blocked, which blocks the usage of the application.
Should this be reported as an Issue to be fixed within the project?

Smart App Control is a little bit dumb, and so this will be hard to resolve thoroughly.

• Code signing is expensive (> 500 EUR per year). Free services exist, but they would probably only sign Mapper, not the the third-party components. (I wonder if these services allow the third-party components to be linked into a single Mapper executable file instead of using DLLs.)
• We must update most third-party components. With outdated DLLs, security guards like Smart App Control do have a point in flagging them as potentially insecure.

There is no point in reporting this to upstream PCRE.

BTW Android is about to get another dumb gatekeeper.
