Implement Automation recording for Full DAW experience.
One benefit of doing recording to a computer-based DAW, is that you get automation, but you don't get the tactile feel of a console, with knobs and faders where you expect them.
#106 - possibly using as a starting point
Add the ability to begin playback via a X-LIVE card and have all mixer actions/parameters on the desk played back / recorded to a USB in the USB slot on the front, unsure if raw data files could be directly recorded to the SD Cards.
This front port would also record/bounce the final mix 2 Ch WAV file.
Add IN / OUT markers for beginning and end points.
BONUS:
Ability to playback X-Live while recording an X-Live session.
Adding the ability to record an input to say Trk3 on the X-Live while playing back the rest of the recorded tracks gives options for overdubbing.
X-Live to record to a Session Folder - "Session 01" with files internal as "Track 03 - 2.wav" each being mono files with 03 being the track number and 2 being the take number.
