synonas为openlist dav 地址

上传完成后 本地文件不会删除，4.1.8 是正常的 ( 上传完成后，本地文件删除 )

不是一直都存在的bug，是版本升级帶出来的，可以这样理解吗？所以我又回滚到4.1.8了......
