[Feature]: support DVR/Camera record function

Requirements

• I have updated Configurator to the latest available version
• I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It would be nice/convient to turn on/off by the configurator NOT the ssh console.

Describe the solution you'd like

support DVR/Camera record function

DVR: change records=<storage path> in /etc/vdec.conf

• Added DVR recording firmware#1180
• [fpv] records names autogeneration #1190

Camera: enable record inrecords section of configuration file /etc/majestic.yaml

• change parameter in confgiuration
• Or use majestic management API to change the configuration.
