Download only appointments for a specific date range #23
Description
As a single provider might manage tens or hundreds of thousands of appointments it will become impractical to keep all appointments on the client. The app should rather only download appointments and corresponding bookings for a given date span, e.g. a week. In general this is possible with the new publication mechanism, but the frontend as well as the API need to be modified to allow this partial synchronization.
